The Signatory Superb marks the入口 into Vispring's two-layer spring architecture, combining hand-opened long-stranded Austrian Moosburger® horsetail with hand-teased Real Shetland Wool blended with cashmere to shape both the feel and the thermal behavior of the sleep surface. The ticking is woven from wool, silk, and viscose not for appearance but for breathability and softness that begin conditioning the microclimate from the first point of contact.

Beneath the surface, the upholstery builds in sequence: British fleece wool for resilience and moisture regulation, then the horsetail to resist compression and maintain loft, followed by the finer transition layer of Real Shetland Wool blended with cashmere that moderates temperature. A core of Real Shetland Wool and organic cotton adds body and absorptive capacity, while the two layers of hand-nested vanadium steel calico pocket springs (3,296 in a King) respond independently to weight and movement for continuous support. The border is reinforced with coir and wool and four rows of hand side-stitching to firm the perimeter and preserve the usable sleep surface over years of use, with woollen tufts and twine compressing the filling layers into a stable depth at every tuft point.
